1. What genre(s) do you write?

  Contemporary Romance

2. Coffee or tea lover?

Coffee with lots of vanilla creamer. Too much creamer. It’s a problem.

3. Name one thing on your bucket list.

Visiting Australia

4. Do you have pets?

Oh, gosh. Where to begin. 2 dogs, 3 cats, a bunny, a guinea pig, a snake, and a gecko. I’m still in single digits!

5. When I wake up every morning I…Drink a huge glass of water.

6. Weirdest or unique thing you own.

We’ve framed most of the art my kids made in school when the were little. I’m not sure it’s unique but those pictures are so special to me and make me happy every time I look at them.

7. Do you have any hobbies or particular skills?

I love hiking with my dogs and now that we’ve just remodeled a house, I’m getting good at refinishing furniture – my newest obsession is chalk paint.

8. What do you hope readers will experience or gain when reading your stories?

I hope they smile and get some butterflies – I love butterflies when I’m reading. I try to add a little bit of real life to each of my stories so I hope readers can relate to the journeys the characters go on. Mainly I hope they get lost in the stories!

    1. Gosh…that’s a good question! I think I’d like to go to a beach and definitely I’d want to visit Sydney and see the Opera House. Okay, pretty much I’d like to figure out where either of the Hemsworth brothers are (or Hugh Jackman) and go hang with them!!! 😉

    1. Thanks for the question. Crimson is based on some of my favorite mountain towns so I definitely use my life in Colorado as setting. The heroine of this book is a kindergarten teacher and inspired by 2 of my favorite teachers from my kids’ elementary school.

  1. Love the cat and bunny picture! What are their names? I have two kitty boys. Fritz and Willie. I had to put Moose their oldest brother to sleep in May. We miss him.
    My first word was butterfly. Looking forward to reading WALLFLOWER.

  2. Your books sound great. Do you have any that you would consider Very Funny or Ugly Cry?
    I’d Love to go to Australia, I have 2 Dogs, I drink a Mt Dew and an energy drink when I wake up LOL. I also Love Chalk Paint, I got a jar of it from a local craft shop I can’t wait to use it on something. 🙂
